Marketing Funnel Assets
Working with our marketing, sales and product team, my design team refined and continually updated the marketing funnel for increased effectiveness. The scope of work included the Shopify App Store Listing, our primary (sales) website, and traditional marketing assets such as ads, emails and videos. As a demonstration of how Carro works, we also designed and built a fully functional Shopify marketplace as a demo store.
No matter how a potential customer/user may have been introduced to the product (whether word-of-mouth or an ad), they have to view the app listing to install the app for their store. In addition, many user installs are generated from within the app store itself, having discovered the app from various categories. The effectiveness of the page is vital to the customer journey and conversion-to-install.
The app store listing is the most critical point in the marketing funnel.
The work was executed in collaboration with the marketing team, and included subcontractors for 3D animation, voiceover and video production.

Under my direction, the intro video, slideshow of app features, and listing messaging, and demo store was crafted, refined and published. Leadership of the project spanned from original storyboarding, message strategy & product positioning, branding & aesthetic definition to final execution.
